Requirements for using hydraulic gear motor
The hydraulic gear motor is one of the executive components of the hydraulic system. When connecting drive shaft with other machinery, it must be concentric. The following must be considered:
1. Its bearing can bear radial force. For motors that cannot, drive parts such as belt pulleys shall not be directly mounted on the main shaft. The oil seal deforms by the force, causing oil leakage.
2. Its oil leakage pipe should be unblocked and generally not connected with the back pressure pipe.
3. The frame to install the motor must have sufficient rigidity to ensure that the concentricity of the driver and the motor shaft is controlled within 0.1mm.
4. Do not use the hydraulic gear motor and gearbox together, or the characteristics of hydraulic control will be lost, and the volume and cost will increase greatly.
5. Its drain port of should be returned to the oil tank separately, should not be connected with other oil return lines.
6. Non-allowable for air to enter the hydraulic gear motor.
