The scrubbing tower functions for cleaning the off-gas and harmful gases produced in industrial production by means of diffusion and absorption effect resulted from counter flow of the acid/alkali-laden gas and water. Normally, it consists of tower body, liquid tank, spray device, packing and mist separator. According to different media and different temperatures, the tower of different thicknesses are selected, and the tower is manufactured by spiral winding without welding technology to ensure the mechanical strength and reliability. It has the advantages of excellent corrosion resistance, ultraviolet and aging proof property, pollution and leakage free, weldability, alternate use of the acid and alkaline, nice appearance and long service life. It is applicable for photovoltaic, electronic semiconductor, petrochemical, metallurgical machinery, steel, electric power, environmental protection and sewage treatment industries, purification and treatment of various waste gas, acid fume, impurities in the waste liquids.
