The transmission box consists of two or more gears, one of which is driven by a motor, and its output speed is inversely proportional to the gear ratio. It functions for deceleration/acceleration, increase/decrease of torque, change of the transmission direction and power distribution.
The distribution box is used for driving multiple free shafts through one main driving shaft via the gear box, i.e. distributing the power to drive multiple loads by one motor with transmission ratio of 1. The gear undergoes carburizing quenching and tooth grinding is lubricated with gear oil, or semi-fluid grease or solid lubricant.
