The spray header is an important device controlling the medium spray direction and range in pickling, absorption, cleaning and cooling processes for cleaning the residues (rolling oil, iron powder and other loose impurities, etc.) on the surface of the strip steel and absorbing washing gas. It is mainly composed of the tank body, nozzle, connector, etc. Normally, several nozzles are designed along the length direction on each spray header to adapt to the strip of different widths for fully cleaning to remove the oxide skin and residual acid liquids on the strip surface, to achieve the purpose of cleaning the strip surface, or to absorb the harmful substances in the gas into the liquid to purify the gas. It features pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good spray effect, easy installation and easy replacement. It is widely used for cleaning, cooling, dust removal and other occasions in steel, metallurgy, chemical and other industries.
