The four-column hydraulic press is a mechanical equipment driven by hydraulic pressure, composed of four vertical columns and hydraulic system, with three-beam four-column structure, high guiding accuracy, good structure rigidity and convenient operation. The hydraulic system is controlled by two-way plug valve, with small pressure loss, stable and reliable operation. PLC control is adopted in the electrical system, which can achieve the capable of working with fixed pressure and stroke in a mode of adjustment, manual control and semi-automatic control. The press is adjustable in working pressure, pressing speed and slide stroke according to the process requirements. The machine is widely used in press molding processes for material stretching, bending, flanging, extruding and blanking, etc.
