The frame type hydraulic press is an alloy steel rail frame structure with strong resistance of deflecting load, reasonable structure, good rigidity, high guiding accuracy. This large-tonnage model adopts the booster mechanism, the body structure is significantly reduced, with fast cylinder, fast speed, high efficiency, which can complete a variety of process actions by setting up(down) jacking. It can achieve the two processes of fixed process and fixed pressure, and the working pressure and stroke can be adjusted according to the process requirements within the specified range. There are independent hydraulic system and electrical control system. It can realize button operation and screen operation through PLC. It is suitable for fine blanking and embossing of medium and thick metal plate parts.
