Features
The spray header is an important device for cleaning and purifying the residue (rolling oil, iron powder and loose impurities, etc.) and the waste gas produced in the production by spraying water and process medium to the strip steel surface through the nozzle at a certain pressure. Normally, several groups of spray headers are arranged on the production line, on which are designed several solid cone nozzles or fan nozzles along the length direction to adapt to the strip of different widths for fully cleaning and scrubbing, absorbing and purifying of waste gases to ensure strip surface quality and gases as required. It features pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, good spray effect and easy replacement, etc. It is widely used for cleaning in steel, metallurgy, chemical and other industries.
