Features

The crawler shot blasting machine adopts high strength wear-resistant rubber track or manganese steel track to transport the workpiece. The shot blaster blosts grit at high speed to the continuously turned workpiece on the track to clean the workpiece. The blaster is directly connected to the variable frequency motor, the blasting speed and shot blasting amount are adjustable. The shot/sand separator is equipped with roller screen to separate the large particles of impurities; the pre-separator and the filter are used for dedusting to minimize pollution. Electric control is conventional control or PLC automatic control. It has the characteristics of simple structure, stable performance, safety and reliability. It is suitable for surface cleaning, finishing and strengthening for casting, forging, aluminum, stainless steel parts.
