The machine is used for cleaning and strengthening the surface of steel structure parts, castings, forgings, aluminum alloy parts and other parts. The workpiece is hung on the hook or hanger, after the hook enters the shot blasting chamber along the track, it makes reciprocating motion and rotation in the interval position set by the shot blasting chamber. The shot blasting device cleans the workpiece by shot blasting, the shot flow rate and projectile speed can be adjusted, shot blasting amount is precisely controlled, electrical is controlled by PLC. The dust be discharged by cyclone and core-cartridge dust collector. It is widely used in casting, forging, steel and other industries.
