The electrostatic oiler uses high voltage static electricity to absorb the ultramicro oil particles of atomized static rolling oil, anti-rust oil or stamping oil on the metal plate belt moving at high speed to form an extremely thin oil film. It consists of closed oil chamber, upper and lower knife beam, high pressure system, oil supply device and oil tank. There is no oil loss on the metal surface, uniform coating, stable adhesion, oil film in 90 days is still effectively prevent corrosion; it is of oil saving and no pollution. The amount of oil applied is interlocked with the production speed, and can be adjusted and controlled continuously. It is suitable for metal surface oiling of parts and strip, etc. It widely used for pickling, rolling mill, rewinding, tension leveling, skin passing, tin plating, aluminum foil plate and other production lines.
