The machine functions for grinding the internal hole surface and end face of the cylindrical and conical components. It features high machining accuracy, sound rigidity and high grinding efficiency, and easy operation as well. The movement for machine tool feed and wheel compensation is driven by two separate drives. The feed system is designed with fixed-range grinding function and its feed can be executed via manual control or hydraulic control. Its quick retracting device makes manual tool realignment unnecessary after the abrasive wheel is retracted for measurement or compensation. It is equipped with the end face grinding device, can grind both the the inner hole and the end surface with one time clamping, ensuring the perpendicularity of the the inner hole and the end surface. It is widely used for internal cylindrical grinding of mechanical parts.
