The hydraulic gear pump is mainly composed of pump bodies, drive shafts, meshing gears, seals and so on. The radial sealing is realized through colliding of tooth tip, and the axial sealing is realized via floating side plate balanced via pressure. It has the characteristics of high volume efficiency, good performance, reliable operation, simple maintenance, strong self-suction force, impact load resistance, small volume, light weight, and so on. The key parts are made of high quality materials and by CNC machining after heat treatment, with unidirectional operation and optional rotation. It is widely used in engineering, transportation, mining and agricultural machinery and other hydraulic systems.
