Features
The incoming air first passes through the air filter, then flows to the pressure reducing valve for stabilization of the air source pressure, and then it runs to the mist lubricator and the lubricated mist is mixed with the compressed air for being conveyed to the pneumatic drive unit. It features compact structure, modular combination, simple installation, strong filtration ability and good pressure characteristics, etc. It is mainly composed of the air filter, pressure reducing valve, mist lubricator and fixed bracket. The valve body material is made of aluminum alloy. Pneumatic triplet is widely used in heavy industry, mining, chemical industry, petroleum, light industry, food packaging, industrial robots, plastics and rubber and other industries in the pneumatic transmission system.
