The mechanical diaphragm dosing pump adopts flexible diaphragm, its motor directly drives the diaphragm to reciprocate by the worm gear and crank tie rod mechanism, to change the eccentricity of moving shaft for changing the diaphragm stroke and achieving the change of pump cavity volume, sucking and delivering the liquid, so as to complete liquid delivery, flow adjustment and pressure control under the action of the pump inlet and outlet valves. It features compact structure, adjustable flow, good sealing, accurate dosing, high stability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, long service life. The main components are fabricated by precision casting and CNC machining, the pump head and the part contacting the liquid are made of anti-corrosion materials or stainless steel, the mechanical diaphragm dosing pump is of pressed multi-layer composite structure. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical, refining, metallurgy, medicine, food, light and other industries to deliver liquids and dangerous chemicals metering occasions.
