Filter, as an indispensable device of the pipeline system, is used to remove a small amount of solid particles in the liquid, which can protect the normal work of pumps, meters and other equipment. It is divided into the plate filter and the basket filter according to the different filter mesh structure. The medium to be filtered enters the filter element from the inlet for filtering and then the cleaned medium flows to the pipeline system required by the user through the outlet. The trapped foreign particles inside the filter mesh of the medium will be removed as required by disassembling the filter element. After cleaning, it can be reassembled. It is quite convenient to use and make maintenance. It is characterized by compact structure, large filtration ability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, convenient maintenance and long service life. It is suitable for cold-rolling, pickling and acid regeneration applications.
