The mist separator is the equipment in the acid regeneration and acid-laden gas cleaning system, and used to separate the liquid droplets in the acid-laden off-gas. It is usually installed horizontally before the pre-cleaning scrubbing tower. During scubbing, the acid- laden off-gas contains high humidity and generates a large amount of liquid droplets. The mist separator can further absorb, purify and separate gas and acid mist to reduce the emission concentration of acid mist, reduce the pollution of acid mist to the atmosphere, and make the emitted gas meet the environmental protection requirements. It has the advantages of simple design, energy saving, environmental friendly, corrosion resistance, UV and aging proof, long service life, and is suitable for cold rolling, pickling and acid regeneration process system.
