Features
The pre-concentrator is a device that evaporates the atomized waste acid-laden water to thicken the waste acid. After pre-concentrating, the thickened waste acid liquid will be output to the separator for further separation. The pre-concentrator is composed of inlet section, and pre-concentration section which is arranged beneath the inlet section and can be connected to/disconnected from the outlet of the inlet section. On the pre-concentrator are designed with several nozzles for process pipe connection. It has the characteristics of high strength, corrosion resistance, simple structure, good durability, etc. It is suitable for silicon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel pickling waste liquid regeneration production line process system.
