The color sheet corrugation machine is the mechanical equipment used for processing the color strip to the corrugated color sheets of various wave patterns by means of cold bending rollers and of preset lengths automatically cut by means of the cutting device. It is composed of feeding device, main corrugation unit, cutting device, feeding platform, hydraulic station, electrical and automatic control system, etc. The main corrugation unit includes the corrugation roller cold-pressing forming driven through the electric motor and the chain, and the cutting device is actuated hydraulically. The corrugation roller spindle and wheel are made of high quality steel #45. Corrugated Tile Press features high automatic level, fast corrugating speed, various sizes and patterns, easy operation and maintenance, less space occupation, etc. It is widely used for producing color sheet roofing and wall cladding of the industrial and civil constructions.
