Features
The flexible grid coupling (or steel flex coupling) is a kind of metal elastic variable stiffness coupling with advanced structure, which delivers torque by the serpentine spring blade embedded in the groove of the two halves of coupling. It consists of two half coupling joints, two housings, two sealing rings and the serpentine spring, and the spring blade is made of high-quality spring steel. It can withstand large torque and impact load, and the average vibration reduction rate is more than 36%. It has the characteristics of compact structure, high transmission efficiency, good vibration reducing performance, low noise, convenient assembly and disassembly, simple maintenance and long life, etc. It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, chemical and other industries of all kinds of mechanical equipment transmission.
