Features
Plastic heat exchanger is a new generation of corrosion-resistant, durable, efficient and energy-saving equipment, which is used for heating and cooling the corrosive medium by the means of mutual heat transmission between the medium flowing in the tube side pass and the medium in shell side pass. It has the characteristics of large heat exchange area, high heat exchange efficiency, diversified sizes, no scaling, no-medium pollution, toxicity free, corrosion resistance, high pressure resistance, high temperature and negative pressure resistance, long life, compact structure, light weight, easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used in pickling line, electroplating line, phosphating lines and other process lines where strong oxidizing and corrosive media are heated and cooled, recovery of flue gas waste heat and acid fume.
