Plastic heat exchanger is a new generation of corrosion-resistant, efficient and energy-saving equipment, which is used for heating the corrosive medium by the means of heat transmission between the medium flowing in the tube side pass and the medium in shell side pass. Such equipment brings no pollution to the medium and has following advantages: large heat exchanging area, high efficiency, diversified sizes, and scaling and toxicity free. It is corrosion resistant, high pressure and negative pressure resistant and high temperature resistant. Plastic heat exchanger also features long service life, compact design and light weight. Its installation and maintenance are quite easy. We always see its applications in pickling lines, electroplating lines, phosphating lines and other process lines where strong oxidizing and corrosive media are heated.
