The hollow steel roll is welded by the roll body and the shaft head or long shaft at both ends. The roll body is made of thick-walled seamless steel pipe, and the shaft head is welded by two sections of short shaft/long shaft and the ring. It’s a very important part, the material passing on the hollow steel roll is pinched, tensioned or turned; and characterized by high hardness, high temperature resistance good balance performance, and can be used as pinch roll, tension roll, deflector roll, etc. The hollow steel roll is mainly fabricated through the processes of welding, stress relief treatment, finishing and dynamic balance test. It is widely used in production lines of leveling, galvanizing, color coating, printing, papermaking and etc..
