Features
As important consumable parts of a rolling mill, divided into hot rolling roll and cold rolling roll. The types of rolls include work roll, intermediate roll, backup rolls, etc. The fabrication processes of the mill rolls include forging, rough machining, conditioning, non-destructive inspection, finishing machining, quenching, and grinding, thus the mill rolls have the characteristics of high surface hardness, excellent wear and heat resistance, and high accuracy; the crown surface profile of the mill roll is machined by precision CNC roll grinders. The mill roll quenching layer is quite deep, which enable the mill rolls to be ground repeatedly to a certain extent. They can widely used for carbon steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum and stainless steel strip, wire production lines, etc.
