Features
The straightening roll is an important part of the straightening machine. It is used to eliminate wave and buckling of strip during rolling, and smooth the strip surface. Its main processing flow for forging blank, rough machining, conditioning, finishing, quenching treatment and grinding. It is characterized by abrasion resistance, thermal shock resistance, good fatigue resistance, high precision roll surface and good contact bearing capacity. Meanwhile this straightening roll use quenching heat treatment, precision grinding of the roll body surface. As the depth of the quenching layer is deeper, the straightening roll can be repeatedly ground and reused. Mainly used for strip straightening of various processing lines of cold rolling and hot rolling strip.
