Features
As non-contact sensor, the ultrasonic sensor converts ultrasonic signals to other energy signals (usually electrical signals). It can provide reliable measurement even under harsh environment, and is capable of accurately sensing smaller objects without influenced by the color, transparency, reflection characteristics and surface finish of the object; the sensing signal is output as switching signal or analog signal. The sensor is always used for reliably detecting and counting the objects and accurately measuring the distance. It has the characteristics of strong penetration, high resolution, long sensing distance, high reliability, and strong resistance to environmental interference. It is mainly used for non-contact measurement of material level, height and perpendicularity, check the existence, etc.
