The rubber lined roll is composed of a hollow steel roll, and rubber lining layer which has certain elasticity and hardness. Under the action of the drive, the torque is transmitted to convert the friction between the material passing on it and the roller surface into push-pull force or tension. The rubber lining layer is mostly made of chemical materials which are acid and alkali corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant. According to the working conditions, it is used as pinch roll, squeezing roll, steering roll, bridle roll, deflector roll, degreasing roll, printing roll, coating roll and papermaking roll etc. The rolls are widely used in metallurgy, papermaking, printing and dyeing, printing and other industries of cold rolling, pickling, galvanizing, insulation coating, printing and dyeing and other production lines.
