Capacitive detector is specially applicable for the strip processing industry to accurately sensing the strip position. It constitutes center position control system together with the control system and servo valve. It adopts a measuring circuit based on digital signal processing technology, which can effectively eliminate the influence of parasitic capacitance. It provides high detection accuracy and stable performance, with no calibration or adjustment is required during operation. The armored shell makes the sensing components well shielded, and the detector is not disturbed by nearby walking personnel or mechanical movement when working. It is characterized by easy installation and use, maintenance-free and insensitive to the environment. The capacitive detector is widely used for centering in various strip production lines of metallurgy, electroplating and other industries.
