The width gauge of cold rolled strip is a non-contact photoelectric measuring device, used to measure and monitor the strip width and centerline deviation of the strip in the metal rolling line. The scanning system is equipped with exquisite edge detection function and complete application software; and adopts one or more line-scan cameras to achieve the required measurement accuracy and resolution; its complete diagnostic functions can easily calibrate the instrument and system settings, and its online calibration and verification function can quickly and easily calibrate the system and verify the measured data. The gauge features flexible system configuration, stable and reliable performance, and high measurement accuracy and high cost performance, etc. It is mainly used for width measurement and strip centering control of cold rolling lines and processing lines.
