The press roll (snubber roll), cradle roll or supporting roll of different production lines is composed of rubber lined roll barrel, mandrels, bearing chock and rolling bearings. The roll barrel is made of seamless steel pipe and the rubber layer on the external surface of the seamless steel pipe, and the latter has certain elasticity and hardness although it is wearable part. The rubber lining layer is always made of chemical materials which are acid and alkali corrosion resistant and high temperature resistant depending on the working conditions. The rubber lined roll barrel are widely used in the production lines, such as pickling, galvanizing, chrome plating, degreasing, insulation coating, color coating line etc.
