Features
The self-lubricating liners, also known as copper alloy wear-resistant liner, is a wearing part, which is made of solid lubricant such as graphite inlaid on the substrate and used for the moving parts of mechanical equipment. The metal base plate supports the load, and the solid lubricant is self-lubricating. It does not need to add oil, which can reduce pollution. It has the advantages of good wear resistance, good anti-seizure performance, small friction coefficient, strong self-lubrication performance, long service life. The self-lubricating liner is widely in heavy duty, low speed, reciprocating movement of mechanical equipment and other moving parts that cannot be lubricated and oil film is difficult to form.
